One of the benefits of working for King’s Service Centre is that staff can use up to 10 working days per year for training and conferences.
This training can be delivered internally or by external training providers.
All members of the IT team are asked to study the ITIL4 Foundation, this is the best practice framework for managing services. You are also asked to take part in Arbinger training which will enable you to tackle difficult situations and build relationships by taking the time to understand the perspective of others and asking how we can help.
