Residences Contact Centre – New Team!

As part of King’s College’s ongoing commitment to service improvement, Service Management staff from King’s Service Centre in Cornwall have recently completed a handover from the Residences Contact Centre in London, this service went live in Cornwall on the 23rd of April.

The Residences Contact Centre service will be delivered by a new team of five staff based in Cornwall who have recently completed their training, which included spending time in London with the existing team.

This brings the total number of Service Desk staff to 36, triple the amount we started with 3 years ago, which evidences how successful the team have been in their goal of delivering World Class services to the staff and students of King’s College London.
