March is Women’s History Month and the 8th March is International Women’s Day.
Women’s History Month is honouring those women who worked to allow future generations of women to equality. We’re giving a shout out to Sister Mary Kenneth Keller, the first woman to receive a PhD in Computer Science! Although she was a nun, she knew that the world was “having an information explosion… and information is of no use unless it’s available.”
We’d like to say a big thank you to all the lovely ladies working here at KSC!
And we’ve not forgotten the guys, they’ll get their turn in November!
