Reporting to the IT Training & Communications Manager, the role holder will support and deliver a range of IT training, communications and engagement activities across the university.
You will support the training, communications and engagement planning, reporting and analysis. Develop and deliver appropriate content and materials, in-house or third party, and a range online learning, classroom training, webinars, and other sessions on a range of IT applications for KCL staff and students.
You will also work to ensure staff within the IT department have access to relevant professional development opportunities, including a range of programs relating to induction and other skills.
In the absence of your Manager, you will provide guidance, support and approve any communications and engagement activities being undertaken.
Some travel will be required, (predominately between the Quintrell Downs office and university campuses in London).
