To support the day-to-day running of the King College, London, Microsoft
Dynamics CRM environment and services in accordance with defined service level agreements. To support ongoing projects and initiatives to enhance current functionality and to provide input to new functionalities and technologies that the College will deploy. .It includes proactive management and maintenance of all aspects of the college Dynamics platform, responding to incidents and service requests. The role also includes continual service improvement of the Dynamics platform and ensuring that the college has appropriate and available services to support its ongoing needs.
