The Business Office Administrator will assist the IT and KSC Business Office in providing a high quality administrative, recruitment, training, financial, staff, supplier analysis, records management and operations.
In the role, the post holder will have contact with various KCL and KSC Managers, Directors, colleagues and external suppliers via multiple channels, both remotely and face to face. It is vital that the post holder has excellent proactive analysis, improvement, communication and customer services skills.
Some travel may be required for meetings and training (predominately between KSC and university campuses in London).
